Faculty Regulation :
The regulation includes the following sections:

First: Important rules
Article (1): The academic year
The Academic year for postgraduate studies begins in October of each year and the duration of the study is thirty weeks (study and exam) for two semesters, with a mid-year vacation lasting two weeks in the period specified by the college council. For the master students, the preliminary study may start in February and the duration of the study is 30 For intensive students, the duration of the study is 15 weeks.
Article (2): Admission Dates
The College Council may decide the dates of the dates of submission, the announcement of admission results and the start of the study of the intensive programs.
For international students, applications are accepted in two periods, the first in July and the second in September in order to take the necessary procedures for registration.
Article (3): Conditions of Registration
Completion of all required documents from the Graduate Studies Department.
Payment of tuition fees.
The approval of the Department Council and the College Council, excluding the fees of the assistants, the assistant teachers and the scholarship students at the College.
The approval of the employer to study the student in the advanced degree.
The relevant department council may add other conditions it deems necessary for admission to new students and to determine the number of students admitted according to the available facilities in the department and the college.
Article (4): Suspension of registration
The College Council may, upon the proposal of the relevant department council, and the Graduate Studies Committee of the College, suspend the enrollment of students enrolled in postgraduate studies (Diploma - Master - PhD) for periods not exceeding 24 months, provided that the registration is discontinued for future years and not for previous years. The restriction shall be in the basic period and not in the periods of extension of the registration in the following cases:
Recruitment: The applicant applies for the suspension of his registration for the duration of his recruitment within the first three months from the date of his recruitment with the submission of the supporting documents.
Travel abroad on an official mission or vacation: The student applies before his travel or during the first month of his travel supported by the documents. Upon return, the student presents the documents indicating that he has done the job or leave.
Disease: The student shall apply at the time of his illness, supported by a satisfactory certificate approved by the medical administration of the university and limited to his illness, provided that the treatment period shall not be less than one month.
Status and child care: The student must apply for a stay of childbirth or childcare, supported by his / her birth certificate.
Other cases accepted by the College Council after taking the view of the Graduate Studies and Research Committee.
Article (5): Withdrawal (Cancellation of Registration)
The College Council may, upon the opinion of the Graduate Studies and Research Committee and the relevant department council, approve the cancellation of the student's registration in the following cases:
If the student submits a request to cancel the registration
If the supervising committee submits a request to cancel the registration with justifications accepted by the Department Council and the Graduate Studies Committee and approved by the College Council
Article 6: Residence Requirements
International students must present proof of their minimum stay within the Arab Republic of Egypt, which is two years of study.
Article (7) Attendance
The student is prohibited from applying for any course in which he did not achieve a 75% attendance rate. This is based on a report from the professor of the subject, with the approval of the relevant department council and with the approval of the Graduate Studies and Research Committee and the College Council. Entering the exam with the student's notification.
Article (8) Code of Courses
The courses are codified by placing the code code of the teaching section as shown in the tables, followed by the following code.
Specialization Division Graduate courses are divided into:
Courses taught mainly to diploma students.
Courses taught mainly for Masters students.
The department council has the right to add new courses within the limits assigned to the division after approval by the college council.
After the approval of the College Council, the student shall be exempted from the English course in the diploma courses and the master's degree if the student has passed the TOEFL tests (500 degrees) and has not passed the four years.
Article (9) Courses
Graduate courses are taught during one academic year for the Diploma and Master's degrees. The departments of the competent departments prepare a list of courses and approved hours allocated to them and the sections they teach and are approved by the Graduate Studies and Research Committee and the College Council.
Article (10): Credit Hours
Each credit hour is allocated fifty degrees.
Each credit hour shall be allocated at least two hours for the written examination, so that the examination period shall not be less than two hours and not more than three hours for any course.
Article (11): The scientific content of the courses
The College Council shall approve the postgraduate courses after being determined and approved by the competent department councils.
Article (12): Estimation of degrees of success and failure
The general grade in the postgraduate courses as well as in the general assessment of the student is determined by one of the following estimates:

The student shall be awarded a certificate of material assessment, in Arabic or English, and upon his request, the name of the course will be mentioned
