Dr. S. I. El-Dek is associate professor and the
head of the Material Science and Nanotechnology department, Faculty of
Postgraduate Studies for Advanced Sciences, Beni-Suef University, Egypt. She
got her Bachelor of Science in physics in May 1997 from Cairo University, and
her Master’s degree in physics from Cairo University in May 2001. Also she
earned her PhD degree in physics in 2006 from Cairo University. She has a great
experience in preparation, characterization, and applications of magnetic
nanomaterials and biotechnology applications of nanomaterials.
